Today, our roofing company at the Lake of the Ozarks has compiled a list of six frequently asked questions we get. Read on to be the answers! 1) My roof is leaking, does it need to be completely replaced? If you have a leak in your roof, you don't necessarily need an entirely new roof. Leaks can result from loose flashings or when the section of the roof becomes damaged. As long as the rest of the shingles are still in tact and in good condition, you will only need to have the damaged section of the roof repaired or replaced. 2) How long will my new roof last?
