This is a family-fun annual event at the Lake of the Ozarks featuring a golf tournament, fun zone, and the main event, the duck drop! Read on to learn more about this spectacular event benefiting local charities!

Our roofing company at the Lake of the Ozarks loves being heavily involved in a variety of charity events and organizations to support the local community and we hope that you will come out and support this event with us! Come join our Lake of the Ozarks roofing team in supporting local children at this year's Great Bagnell Dam Duck Drop!
Helping Local Kids!
The Great Bagnell Dam Duck Drop is a charity event that helps local kids! All of the proceeds from these activities will stay local and be distributed by Ozark Coast Kiwanis, which supports local organizations including Kids Harbor, Citizens Against Domestic Violence, the Food Pantry, Lake Area Big Brothers Big Sisters, Wonderland Camp and more!
Duck Drop
For the 10th year, ducks will be dropped by helicopter and pontoon boats into the Osage River. Those ducks will then "race" to the finish line. The first duck to cross the finish line wins $5,000! 10 additional ducks will win prizes as well. Winners will be announced at the Fun Zone. You do not have to be present to win and will receive a phone call if you're the lucky winner! You can purchase your Duck Drop tickets for just $5 each. Purchase them at the Fun Zone until 11:00 am. The Ducks will drop at Noon, and you can walk to the viewing area from the Fun Zone.
Fun Zone
The Fun Zone is located below the Dam at the Lake Ozark Campground and RV Park. Bring kids of all ages for a day of family fun starting at 10:00 am on Saturday, August 3rd. Fun Zone wristbands are FREE and include all of the Fun Zone events, games and prizes. (Food & drinks will be available for purchase.) Enjoy games & prizes, bounce houses, live DJ, and shaved ice!Golf Tournament
Prior to the Annual Duck Drop, we ask all golfers to come out for a 4-person scramble on Friday, August 2nd at The Ridge Golf Course at The Lodge of Four Seasons. This golf tournament is like none other, and features a quacky "twist." Crazy holes and fun obstacles will be placed around the course to test your game. Registration and lunch will begin at 12:00 pm, with a 1:30 pm shotgun start for the tournament. Cost is $125 per player. Your entry gets you 10 Duck Drop Tickets, entry to the Awards Ceremony immediately following the tournament, and a tournament goody bag!
