The Great Bagnell Dam Duck Drop

The 9th Annual Great Bagnell Dam Duck Drop is this weekend! This is one of the most fun family events of the season. You won't want to miss it! Above & Beyond Roofing, your premier roofing company at the Lake of the Ozarks, is a proud sponsor of this annual charity event at the Lake of the Ozarks.

Golf Tournament 


Friday, August 4 is the Duck Drop Golf Tournament. Teams of 4 golfers will gather to compete in this "quacky" tournament filled with crazy holes and fun obstacles! There will be a hole in 1 and putting contest for a chance to win big cash prizes. Lunch and registration starts at Noon, with a 1:00 shotgun start for the tournament. Proceeds from the golf tournament will benefit the Lake Area Big Brothers Big Sisters & Ozark Coast Kiwanis, both helping local children here at the Lake.

Fun Zone


Bring kids of all ages down to the Lake Ozark Campground & RV Park below the dam on Saturday, August 5 for some family fun! The Family Fun Zone will feature games, a dunking booth, bounce houses, martial arts and dance demonstrations, a live DJ, shaved ice, food and lots of prizes and goodies! Fun Zone wristbands are free and include all fun zone events, games and prizes. The kids are sure to have a blast at this free event!

Duck Drop 


The 9th Annual Great Bagnell Dam Duck Drop will be better than ever! At 11:45 you'll want to head over to the campground area river access to watch the ducks drop from the helicopter and boats into the Osage River. The ducks will start flying at Noon! The first 11 ducks to cross the finish line will win prizes, including a $5,000 cash prize and a $1,000 cash prize! Didn't get your duck drop tickets yet? No worries! They will be available for purchase at the Family Fun Zone until 11:00 AM! All funds raised remain local & are distributed to non-profit organizations via the Ozark Coast Kiwanis organization.

Since moving to the Lake of the Ozarks in 2004, the Above & Beyond Roofing owners have fallen in love with the community. They've become heavily involved in a variety of charity events and organizations, such as this one, to support the local community. Show your support too, by coming out for this family-fun event this weekend!
